Colorgrown Cotton Tee

Did you know cotton grows in different colors? Not just white, but green and brown, even purple.  We are bringing back these heirloom colored colors to make a striped tee that is 100% organic cotton - no dyes or chemicals added.  

Plastic and petroleum free. Made with GOTS certified undyed organic cotton fabric, thread and labels. No harmful chemical whiteners, optical brighteners or industrial fabric softeners. Good for you and the Earth.

Ethically designed and manufactured in Los Angeles.

The model is 5'10" and wearing a size small. A small is 26" long and 34" at the bust unstretched.

This tee is completely undyed, all natural and organic.

Conventional clothing is grown with harmful pesticides and dyed with toxic petroleum-based dyes, including dyes known to cause cancer. Even white conventional clothing is topped off with all kinds of chemical whiteners, brighteners and fabric softeners.

This tee is just pure, clean, organic cotton.

The fabric used in this tee is GOTS certified, which in additional to its strict environmental standards, also certifies that every company involved in the production of the fabric provides fair wages and safe working conditions. This fabric was manufactured into tees in Los Angeles by a small company that likewise provides its workers safe working conditions and fair wages.

This tee is made with GOTS certified organic cotton fabric and sewing thread. GOTS certification is the highest standard in organic. Every step - from the growing of the cotton, to final manufacture, is independently verified to be organic.

In addition, this tee is undyed, unbleached, and free of chemically treatments. No synthetic chemicals and dyes equals no runoff and no additional water used.

Machine wash on gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Tumble dry low. To make natural colored cotton bolder, wash in hot, alkaline water or use soap nuts instead of detergent.
